Hi! We Are Summit & Sage

We're lifelong friends who have been playing outside (and inside) together since we were kids — on skis, on trails, on the water, and around a lot of kitchen tables in between.

Now we're taking everything we've learned from decades of adventuring, and careers spent telling stories, and building Summit & Sage: a local guide for active women across the Wasatch, from Park City to Salt Lake. Our mission is simple — help you make the most of where we live: outside, together, and often.

Mindy Dunyon

I've been chasing adventure for as long as I can remember…mostly because I was lucky enough to grow up on skis practically from the time I could walk.

These days, you'll still find me on the mountain, hiking a trail, out on the boat, playing tennis, or saying yes to just about anything that gets me outside. I'm a wife, mom to three grown kids, and a recent empty nester.

I've spent my career as a producer at a local news station, and I'm excited to use this space to share local finds, stories, and conversations that inspire us to get out, connect, and make the most of where we live.

Amanda Wathen

You can usually find me solving life's problems outside, on the roads and the trails. I'm a lifelong runner with a bunch of marathons under my belt, though these days the mountains win more often than the pavement does.

When I'm not running, you'll find me skiing or mountain biking in Park City, planning the next trip, or keeping up with my twin teenage daughters.

I've spent my career in marketing and communications, and Summit & Sage is where it comes together: the chance to build a community of women who get outside.
